Conscious breathing is a powerful, transformative ancient Yogic tool. This breath can bring us fully present into our bodies. If the cells awaken then the mind and body become one and the soul can reveal itself more easily. In this state, decisions become clearer and revelations pop up about our lives
The breath is usually done lying down. You will take deep active breaths in filling your lungs and then a relaxed soft exhale. There is no pause between the inhale and the exhale. This is a connected breath. Creating the correct breath requires consciousness. This consciousness is so important to this process. This is a tool to open the gateways between the conscious and the subconscious.
Each person's experience will be very unique, but there are some common sensations that occur. People often feel tingling throughout their whole body, there might be temperature fluctuations. Time often is bypassed and an hour can feel like a minute.
This breath will be done for 30 minutes to an hour. There is a natural cycle - peaking midway and then coming down. At the end it is important to be still and in peace for a few minutes. This can be a very blissful time and should be treasured.

However, this is a course beyond simply breathwork. Breathwork is not meant to be related to the breath only.
Breathwork always begins with a breathing experience, but you will quickly move the experience from breathing to feeling the energy, the prana and to use this to truly begin to take charge of your life and to create the life you want and deserve.
